You can choose from several options: brick-built villini, lodge, equipped tents and pitches for tents or caravans. Each type suits a different way of enjoying your holiday: more comfortable and family-oriented in the villini, closer to nature in the lodge and tents, more essential and open-air on the pitches.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in for the village is from 4:00 pm, with the possibility of arriving at the property and starting to use the services from 2:00 pm.
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Guests may remain in the village until 12:00 pm and use the services, unless otherwise indicated by the front office. The parking space must be vacated by 10:30 am.

The sea is just a few steps from the village. The beach can be reached without crossing any roads, by following a small path/boardwalk that connects the village directly to the beach.

Yes, the beach is ideal for families with young children: it has fine sand and a gently sloping seabed, suitable even for little ones. The connection from the village to the beach is also convenient with a stroller or tricycle.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is free. For the cottages, the parking space is guaranteed and numbered; for other accommodation types, a parking area is available subject to availability. If all spaces are occupied, guests will need to park outside the property.
Can I park my car on the pitch?
No, pitches do not include a parking space. Guests staying on a pitch may use the available parking areas, subject to availability.

Yes, the swimming pool at Gitavillage Il Gabbiano is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. It includes a beach-effect area with minimum depth, ideal for little ones, and a second, deeper level for older children. There are also water games and a solarium area with sun loungers.
Is beach service included?
No, beach service is not included with the accommodation and must be booked separately. According to internal information, the service is active from 1 June, with daily rates that vary depending on the period.

According to internal information, the service runs from 14 May to 13 September 2026, with reduced service at the beginning and during the final week of activity. Times and programmes may vary depending on the period.

Yes, the village has a synthetic grass five-a-side football pitch, table tennis, table football, a games room and a shaded playground. The football pitch is generally open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
